We provide services on CNC milling machines that use the rotary motion of the tool as a major cutting motion and workpiece movement into a cutter cut. This is a machining, in our case ferrous and non-ferrous metals and various types of plastics.
Within milling we do:
- Milling flat surfaces
- Milling shape-complex surfaces using continuous 5-axis milling
We cut the material in our production hall or we it can be cut with laser and water jet in cooperation.
In order to provide the most comprehensive service we also provide heat treatment (hardening, cementing, nitriding) and surface treatment (galvanizing, anodizing, nickeling, chrome plating, blackening).
We specialize in small and medium series as well as piece production according to customer requirements.
